1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Amal Health Africa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Healthcare personnel and clinic accounts must hold valid professional licences and agree to our verification process before accessing staffing features.

3. Services

Amal Health Africa provides a platform connecting patients, caregivers, medical personnel, and healthcare facilities. We do not employ caregivers or medical staff directly. All care arrangements are between the relevant parties; Amal Health Africa facilitates the connection and provides tools for coordination and payment.

4. Payments & Earnings

Payments for services are processed through the platform. Personnel earnings are disbursed via Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel). Platform fees apply as disclosed during booking. All transactions are final once a service has been confirmed.

5. Code of Conduct

All users agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent credentialing, or any form of abuse may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Amal Health Africa is not liable for the quality of care provided by individual caregivers or personnel. We take reasonable steps to verify credentials, but users engage professionals at their own discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
